The DevCoGx Team is committed to your continued scientific success and will provide you with the training, mentorship, and support for you to make exciting scientific discoveries and develop your scientific career. We will provide you with a platform to conduct cutting-edge research, foster collaboration, and communicate your findings with the scientific community and beyond. We are inspired by the individuals and families impacted by neurodevelopmental disorders, and actively engage with the community to inform how we design and conduct relevant and impactful research.

We believe that every individual is unique and we will work together to design a mentorship program that best fits you through collaborative design of an Individualized Career Plan (ICP) to maximize your success. Our yearly career development and exploration workshops will help you identify and prepare for a career path that you are passionate about and excited to pursue.
