The goal of this program is to provide high school juniors an opportunity to participate in biological and biomedical research at UC San Diego. The program is aimed at providing a one-month internship where high school students fully engage with scientific research and to provide students with a fully immersive experience spanning the entire process of conducting scientific research. Which includes asking a question, designing, and executing experiments and sharing their findings with the scientific and broader community.
